2007 starts a new two year cycle for the girls. You only need to fill this information out once each two year cycle.
We have developed a database for our High Performance Athletes. The information is used to pre-print the clinic evaluation forms at the clinics. This information will not be given to outside parties.
To register for a High Performance Clinic, fill out the information below. All Fields required.

The Level I Clinic is for players who have not participated in a High Performance clinic in the past. Cost $60 ($30 for additional clinics, $80 if received within one week or day of clinic). |

The Level II Clinic is for players who have participated in a Level I Clinic, but who have not been invited to participate in the A1 or A2 training. Cost $60 ($30 for additional clinics, $80 if received within one week or day of clinic). |

The A2 Clinic is for players who are invited to train at this level. It is the top 60 (or so) players in the age group. |
Cost $30 ($40 if received within one week or day of clinic).

The A1 Clinic is for players who are invited to train at this level. It is the top 30 (or so) players in the age group. Cost $30 ($40 if received within one week or day of clinic). |

The Boys Clinic is for boys interested in the High Performance Program (as this program grows it will have levels). |
Cost $30 ($40 if received within one week or day of clinic).
Clinics will go from 10:00 AM to 5:00 PM (check-in begins at 9:30 and lunch is from 1-2).
