Club philosophy on playing time

Every player is entitled to equal time in practice.  Players will receive some playing time at tournaments (provided they have attended all practices since the previous tournament (three practices prior to the first tournament) or the coach has excused their absence in advance.  If the player did not meet the practice requirement, becomes injured or ill, arrives late to the tournament, has to leave the tournament early or has behaved in a manner that has required disciplinary action, they may not receive playing time.
